1. Order Processing and Delivery Time
The total time required for your order to arrive consists of
two separate stages:
Estimated DeliveryTime = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Before shipment, every order goes through an internal preparation process. After this stage is completed, the parcel is handed over to the carrier for transportation.
Processing status
When your order shows as Processing, it means your purchase has been received, payment has been confirmed, and the order is going through our internal handling procedure. This stage may include:
verifying payment and order details
confirming shipping information
preparing and sorting the selected item(s)
performing quality and functionality checks
packing the goods for shipment
Shipping status
When the status changes to Shipping, it means the parcel has already left our preparation center and is in transit.
Once the carrier activates the tracking number, shipment progress can be checked online. Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately because courier systems may require time to scan, transfer, and update package information.
If you need help checking your parcel status, you may contact our support team at any time.
Please also note that transportation timelines can occasionally be affected by shipping policies, carrier operations, customs-related handling, or other logistics factors, so limited delays may happen within a reasonable range.
2. Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days.
Important notes about processing time
A. Processing time begins only after payment has been successfully completed and the order passes verification. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
B. If you request any order changes before shipment begins — including changes to the product, style, size, color, or delivery address — the processing period will restart from the time the revised details are fully confirmed.
C. During peak periods such as major public holidays, especially Chinese holidays or local holiday periods, processing may take longer than usual. We will try to notify customers in advance whenever possible.
3. Shipping Time
Available shipping methods depend on the product type and the delivery options offered at checkout. The shipping method displayed during checkout is the one that will apply to your order.

Expedited Express: 10–15 days
Standard Shipping: 26–31 days
Delivery estimates within Australia
Expedited Express: 15–20 days
Standard Shipping: 25–30 days
Delivery estimates within Canada
Expedited Express: 10–15 days

Additional shipping notes
A. After the order has been dispatched successfully, the tracking number is usually sent to your registered email address within 1–2 business days.
B. At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO military addresses
C. Certain products may only qualify for standard shipping because of item characteristics, packaging requirements, or shipping restrictions. If expedited shipping is not shown at checkout, it means that option is currently unavailable for that item.
D. Due to packaging methods or logistics arrangements, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately and may arrive in more than one parcel. If this happens, we will notify you in advance, and no additional shipping fee will be charged for the split shipment.
4. How Estimated Delivery Dates Are Determined
The estimated delivery date shown on our website is based on typical operating conditions, including:
normal processing time
shipping method selected
destination location
logistics provider arrangements
previous shipping experience
This estimate includes both order preparation time and transportation time. It reflects the timeframe in which we reasonably expect your order to be delivered under standard conditions.
However, final arrival dates may still be influenced by factors outside our direct control, such as:
severe weather
courier service interruptions
shipping network congestion
operational disruptions
other transportation-related issues
Situations not covered as delivery delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the following circumstances:
A. The shipping address or contact information is changed after the order is placed.
B. The customer requests changes to the item after ordering, such as a different color, size, model, or variation.
C. The carrier attempts delivery within the estimated time period, but the parcel is missed, delivery is rescheduled, or the address provided is invalid.
D. The delivery destination is in a remote or hard-to-access area.
5. Compensation for Shipping Delays
We make every effort to ensure orders arrive on time. However, unexpected logistics delays may occasionally occur. If the delivery time goes beyond the estimated date shown on our website, compensation may be offered according to the delay length.
Compensation policy
Delay of 7 days or less: considered within a reasonable tolerance and not eligible for compensation
Delay of 8–14 days: a gift will be provided
Delay of 15–21 days: partial refund of 5% of the item price, up to $20, plus an additional coupon
Delay of 22–35 days: partial refund of 10% of the item price, up to $50, plus an additional coupon
Delay of more than 35 days: please contact us directly; compensation may be up to 15% of the item price, capped at $100, together with an extra coupon
Important conditions
A. Delay days are counted from the estimated delivery date shown on our website.
B. This compensation policy applies only to delays caused by shipping or logistics issues. It does not apply to delays resulting from incomplete address details, invalid contact information, delivery failure, or missed receipt of the package.
C. Compensation is calculated based on the actual amount paid for the product only. Shipping fees, insurance fees, and coupon deductions are not included in the compensation calculation.
6. Final Notice
Our shipping policies may be updated from time to time as logistics arrangements and service conditions change. OKFAY reserves the right to interpret this shipping policy.
